My wife and I attended the Sacred Space birthing course not really knowing what to expect. What we got out of it, was more than we could have hoped for.Danielle is extremely knowledgeable. Personable. Welcoming. Inclusive and supportive. Not to mention just a lovely person to boot.We are going into our birth, empowered. With knowledge and the skills to advocate for what we want. The anxiety has lessened. The excitement has increased.We would highly recommend this course to everyone. They should be teaching this everywhere!

My Husband and I completed Danielle's positive birth program. Prior to this program, as a first time mum, I felt lost during each pregnancy appointments and did not know what questions to ask. I can’t describe how Danielle’s course helped me gain a stronger understanding on my pregnancy, birth preferences, hospital system and important questions to ask to midwife/obstetrician to support our pregnancy. The course Danielle provides the information to have the confidence to have a voice from the day you finish the course until you birth your baby. I am extremely grateful for how easy Danielle was to communicate with and extreme flexibility when discussing course dates and providing us options when our original booking did not go to plan due to personal reasons. This is a great investment in your pregnancy journey and Danielle is invested in supporting women to have a great birthing/pregnancy experience!

I highly recommend Danielle from Sacred Space Hypnobirthing to assist in guiding you through your pregnancy and birth. She has created a motivational, educational and safe environment for my partner and I on the journey to meet our first child together. We decided to do the private session to support our custody with my step daughter and has been truly a beautiful experience connecting with my partner on another level. I have gone from resisting to accepting the beautiful process of birth. Danielle has created such an emotional release for myself from being so career orientated to transitioning into motherhood and looking forward to every moment from this point. I finally feel the level of excitement about meeting my baby/our creation in a few weeks and know I have the strength and support built in myself, my partner with Danielles guidance. My partners mindset has shifted into a more educated, advocating headspace and has an outlook so different on birthing and how special it can be and how best to support me through every aspect of my pregnancy and birth. I never thought it was possible to ever feel empowered to trust the process and so much more in such a short period. Danielle has created a major shift in my life after just 1 session, while the 2nd session has provided me with the level of excitement and confidence for birthing my baby. I am currently in my 34th week of pregnancy and continue to use my regular Hypnobirthing tracks to connect with myself and my baby. I am forever grateful for everything Danielle has provided and help create a life changing experience I am able to take with me throughout my life for my pregnancy, my birth and journey of motherhood. I didn't think it was possible to experience the level of calm excitement that I am now at 38 weeks pregnant, considering the anxiety I was suffering surrounding pregnancy and birth. We had a great experience with Danielle and the Sacred Space Hypnobirthing program. As anxious first time parents, Danielle and the program helped to put some of our concerns about pregnancy, labour, and birth at ease in the preparation for the arrival of our baby. In the wake of Covid, a lot of access to support through hospitals has declined as they have moved towards an online “hands off” approach. I made the decision to seek alternate independent education, and through my research found that the ideology of Hypnobirthing really aligns with what I envision for my birth. I went ahead and booked and I am very happy that we did. The studio is a lovely environment and it was far more relaxing than being in a clinical setting at the hospital (something that I already held anxiety about). I am grateful for the 2 weekends spent with Danielle and feel confident and prepared as we move closer to our baby’s arrival. Thanks so much Danielle!

Danielle’s Positive Birth Program is incredible, myself and my wife can honestly not speak highly enough of it. If you are pregnant then this course is for you! The education we received, the tools, support and guidance are all things I can’t wait to use when it’s show time. Danielle has been an absolute wealth of knowledge about birth for both me and my partner who didn’t really know anything other than what is told to us within the hospital system. I personally was fearthful of the big day but Danielle’s techniques and information has allowed me and my partner to feel confident and even excited for our birth day and we feel equipped and informed with what ever that day brings. Can not recommend Sacred Space enough if you’re unsure about what to expect and just want to feel more confident.The classes are split well amongst both days and they are so enjoyable!

I would definitely recommend Danielle’s Sacred Space Hypnobirthing classes. It’s informative, interactive and such an easy going environment. I left feeling more confident in my choices surrounding pregnancy and birth. I have so many tools & feel well equiped to bring our baby boy into this world. I would highlu recommend Sacred Space. The hypnobirthing techniques helped us immensely in the 12 hours I laboured at home. My partner Phillip was such an amazing support person because he felt confident in his ability to advocate for our decisions, and also his ability to help me through my contractions. Throughout the 12 hours the techniques he user included light touches, affirmations and helped me with my breathing. As we laboured so well at home it made for a stronger more positive experience once we got to the hospital.

I recently completed Danielle’s 6 Week Sacred Motherhood Circle. Going into it I had no idea what the circle would involve but knew that I was craving connection and something different from a regular mothers group. I am so incredibly grateful I joined! Danielle has created a space where women are free to come just as they are. “All is welcome,” is one of the beautiful things Danielle would tell us weekly and that is exactly how I felt as I moved through understanding the sacred rite of passage that is motherhood and complexities that comes with matrescence. With Danielle’s gentle but confident guidance each and every mother openly shared their joys and their struggles. Together in circle we rewrote our own mothering stories and chased away any notions of “shoulds” or shame. All I can think when I reflect on my 6 weeks is how privileged I am to have sat in circle with 7 other women and to have been gifted with their stories. Thank you Danielle for this beautiful start to my new mothering journey.

Danielle was absolutely amazing. She was warm, super knowledgeable, honest, open and created a space to make me feel empowered about my birth journey. My husband and best friend joined me and found the sessions equally amazing. We learnt so much about birth itself as well as how to have a beautiful birth experience. Danielle came highly recommended to me by a friend of mine and after taking her course, I now know why.Danielle has a wealth of knowledge and presents it in a way that’s easy to comprehend and engaging the entire time.My husband and I learned so much throughout the two days we spent with Danielle. My husband in particular had a lot of fear surrounding the impending birth of our son but has left the course feeling educated, prepared and excited. I, myself, feel incredibly empowered and calm about the whole birth process and I credit that almost entirely to having done this course.I think the most important take-away from it is that it’s an amazing tool for birth partners. It gives them the tools to be an incredibly active part of the birthing process. My husband and I are extremely excited for the birth of our son and to take on the experience as a team. We highly recommend this course for all mamas-to-be and their birth partners.Thank-you Danielle for providing us with such a wonderful experience. I HIGHLY recommend Danielle’s Positive Birth Program! My husband Liam and I are first time parents so doing this course really taught us the best techniques to use before and during labour, as well as the knowledge we gained from what my body will be going through, the hospitals & what we might be faced in there and all in all it really made us both connect and bond more as a couple especially using the touching techniques and getting those endorphins & oxytocin out. Liam definitely feels way more at ease because of her hypnobirthing course and is going into this way more confident and excited. Danielle knows her stuff!! Being a mum herself, you will not be disappointed, her course is a must and is extremely valuable to add to your birth journey! We feel empowered and overjoyed with what we are about to experience! My partner and I did the two day hypnobirthing course with Danielle and it was nothing short of transformative. Not only did we feel educated and empowered but we could go to Danielle anytime from when we booked the course to bub’s arrival with any questions or concerns and she was happy to offer support and guidance. We did our own research and scoped out different hypnobirthing facilitators landing on Danielle’s page her bio spoke to us and we felt instantly at ease with choosing her and Sacred Space. Danielle followed up our online enquiry with a prompt phone call and I could tell from the initial conversation that we made the right choice for us and our Bub. The sessions we done over two full days (one in group and one private) both sessions were very well planned out, executed, filled with knowledge and fun. As a two-mom family we felt welcomed and included throughout the process. In fact, as the non-birthing mother, I felt included & educated on my role for our babes birthing day. I was recommended to see Danielle at your sacred space by my chiropractor (thanks Belinda) and I’ve never felt more at ease on my birth journey to help bring my little man earthside. My husband and I just did the group hypnobirthing course with Danielle for our second pregnancy. So wish we'd done it for our first. It was very informative, supportive and encouraging. We both feel more confident to have the necessary conversations with our obstetrician and midwives to advocate for the birth we want. We particularly enjoyed all the extra tools and techniques for relaxation, massage and natural pain relief options that we feel will make a difference during labour and birth. My husband and I did Danielle’sPositive Birthing Hypnotherapy Course and absolutely loved it. We feel informed and empowered. We are excited to apply the techniques we have learned and use our new found knowledge in our upcoming birth. As a FTM I have barely any nerves following the course and feel more excited than anything. Highly recommend this course. As first time parents it can be so overwhelming. You're listening to what midwives have to say, doctors, friends and other family members and you often think your options are limited or restricted. In some situations they are, but you still have the right to make your own decision. Get informed, get educated and get confident. This is exactly what this course is about. Be in control.The skills learnt in this course are invaluable. You will find you use them more often then you realise.Danielle has done an amazing job. My wife and I participated in the first session in a group environment and our second session privately, she is so easy to talk to, so knowledgeable and shares her own experiences making the experience relateble.I can not recommend this course enough. Just do it!

Very happy with the coarse me end my partner have done. I was literally dragged there kicking and screaming but by the end of the FIRST day I felt well informed and came out smarter and feel prepared. Knowledge is power. Know your rights. This coarse is well worth it. Give it a shot!!

My partner and I were a little hesitant signing up to a hypnobirthing class. This is our first pregnancy and we've approached it from a place of research and evidence, and even though we were aware of hypnobirthing and its benefits, we were concerned it would be bias towards a drug-free, "natural" birth and that our practitioner would be a little too free-spirited for our liking! Due to this, we spent a lot of time looking into the various hypnobirthing practitioners in Brisbane to find someone we felt would be aligned with our balance of wanting the hypnobirthing techniques and evidence-based medical knowledge, and this is when we came across Danielle at Sacred Space.Danielle's delivery of the content was perfect for us. You can clearly see and hear her passion, but at no point did she put anyone on the spot and we were able to participate as much or as little as we felt comfortable with. I think this is really important for the birth partners, particularly on day 1 when maybe there have been a few dragged along!For me personally, I feel like society often puts drug-free, vaginal births on a pedestal and as a result, many women often walk away from that experience feeling like a failure when they've gone with the drugs or ended up with a c-section, however attending Danielle's classes really helped me to reinforce what my partner and I already instinctively knew - that it doesn't matter how you birth your baby, what matters is that you made the best choice for you and your baby based on your informed decision. The information Danielle provided in regards to navigating our birth in the hospital system through asking the right questions and coming to an informed decision that's right for the three of us was honestly worth its weight in gold. We both feel so much more confident in speaking up and asking questions now and my partner is ready to support and advocate for me.At no point during Danielle's class did we get the impression that a particular birth experience was being pushed on us which we both truly appreciated and we both left the class feeling full of excitement to meet our little girl and ready to handle whatever is thrown at us.

My husband and I highly recommend Danielle and the Hypnobirthing classes!She covered everything you need to know to prepare for birthing, including:- information on hormones,- how to have a positive mindset and environment for birthing,- relaxation techniques (acupressure, hypnosis, massage, breathing, visualisations, positive affirmations),- explaining common procedures and interventions during labour/birthing,- how to ask questions, make informed decisions and advocate for your birthing preferences,- what to expect before, during and after birth etc.Danielle was very supportive and encouraging, making everyone in the class feel at ease and walking out with a newfound confidence - empowered for their birthing journey.

I attended at private course with Danielle as part of a birth team. As a Doula, I am there to support and advocate for the mother and her wishes. The tools and support, plus genuine care for her clients that Danielle provides is truly awesome. There are so many things that we could do and read to be prepared, but she listens to the needs of the clients and leads them through the choices and preparation to achieve their best birth experience. Even if things do not go as planned, the tools are even more valuable, as these are the times we need them most, when things outside our control change, we can learn through this course to manage our inner selves on this important journey. My fiancé and I did a hybrid group/private session with Danielle in preparation for the birth of our daughter in April. I actually surprised myself when I fell pregnant that my mindset shifted and I wanted to experience childbirth with minimal medical intervention. Danielle and the positive birthing course have only reinforced that. It wasn’t until we attended the course that my fiancé was like “oh I get it now”. You learn so much, all about the hormones that regulate birth, positive thinking and affirmations, relaxation and breathing techniques, techniques your partner can do to help you during labour, how to advocate for yourself in a medicalised birthing situation and how to help bring baby into the world with different positions and movements. I can also see that it will help if things don’t go to plan as we will be empowered to ask the questions about the procedures that are being recommended. I would recommend this course to any parents to be and we are both so excited to meet our baby girl!

Where do I begin with how amazing this course has been for my partner and I?I was looking for something different this pregnancy (3rd) as I knew I needed to do more work to prepare for this birth. When I put a post out in a local Facebook group Danielle commented with her website. I had looked at all the other reccomendations but nothing spoke to me the way Danielle's did so I sent her a message. From the moment we had a phone conversation I felt instantly comfortable and able to express my concerns and fears surrounding this birth due to 2 previous traumatic birth experiences. Danielle suggested private classes for my partner and I as it would be more personal and tailored to us and our experiences. I said to her I will have to ask my partner as it was a lot of money but messaged her back half an hour later with a definite yes and honestly money hasn't been a second thought since. It has been worth what we paid and more! We have learnt so much about pregnancy, birth and post-partum then I thought we would given its not our first rodeo. My partner and I have become closer using the techniques we've learnt like light touch, anchoring, acupressure points and meditation. The two classes we had opened up lots of conversations that we hadn't had and hearing how our previous births effected him really made me feel closer to him so I thank Danielle so much for that. The most valuable thing for me that I have learnt is how to advocate for myself and my baby, how to have conversations with my care providers about what I'm comfortable/not comfortable with consenting to. If it wasn't for Danielle and her positive birth course then I would still be the nervous, fearful women when going into my midwife appointments. Now I walk in with all this knowledge, confidence and I feel empowered to be making informed decisions for myself, my baby and my birth. Thank you so much Danielle, you have really changed our lives and that sounds so dramatic but it's true.If you are thinking of giving the positive birth program a try then I definitely reccomend it! Nothing beats being informed, confident and empowered when preparing for birth.

I can’t recommend this course enough!!! I knew it was something I really needed, but wow. I can’t even explain how much doing this course has helped us. Firstly a lot of my anxiety and fears around birth have shifted and I’m looking forward to continuing to improve myself with all the resources provided. I feel closer to my partner more than ever. Ive seen a big shift in his self confidence, he now knows what he can do now and how he can help. We’ve learnt a lot about birth education and how to speak up for ourselves, I honestly couldn’t put a price on this experience. So grateful for everything that Danielle teaches, she’s amazing!

Admittedly, I was sceptical about hypnobirthing when my partner suggested it. As a first-time father to be, my biggest concerns are the safety of our child and the safety of my partner. During our sessions with Danielle I realised that hypnobirthing is not about going against the grain, it is about providing parents with confidence. We are feeling far less anxious about our upcoming birth experience. The real value in hypnobirthing is seeing my partner feel more empowered, relaxed and prepared – ultimately resulting in a safer environment for our child to enter the world. Thank you, Danielle.

I highly recommend all expecting mamas participate in the Sacred Space Hypnobirthing Program!Unfortunately due to all of the horror stories we hear and movies we watch, like most new mothers I was experiencing some fear and anxiety around birth.After completing the two day program my husband and I left feeling very informed and positive.We were gifted with some great hypnobirthing soundtracks, learnt lots about birth, breathing techniques and relaxation methods to prepare us leading up to birth and during labourI was also able to release the fears I had about the birth and after the birth which felt like a big weight lifted from my shoulders.I can confidently say that my husband and I both feel ready and excited for the day our baby girl chooses to arrive.A big thank you to Danielle for everything she shared with us!

What an amazing experience! When I originally tried to sign up for the group classes, I realised they had been completely booked out. I was feeling defeated but then Danielle called me and offered a private lesson where she came to my house and we did an intensive course. To say it’s changed my view on birth is an understatement. I went into Hypnobirthing basically only wanting an option for pain management without drugs and came out of it with a completely different view on the whole thing! Myself and my partner now feel so empowered and confident that we have the knowledge and power to advocate for exactly how we want the birth to be. Thank you so much Danielle! I can’t wait to put all of this into practice and share my birth story with you!

Firstly what an amazing lady Danielle is. We could not complete our original course due to my husband falling ill and Danielle went above and beyond to make time for us privately. Secondly the course is just absolutely fantastic. You can do all the research online about birth and think you know all the right things, but after doing our hynobirthing we learnt so much more than we imagined. These classes are invaluable. I feel so comfortable to be able to ask the right questions at appointments and I feel so confident to be able to bring our beautiful baby into this world with a strong and peaceful mindset. I could not brag about these classes and Danielle enough.

Right from the first interaction Danielle was beyond helpful and informative. During our session she was kind, patient and super friendly. She 110% gave my partner and I the confidence we needed about our birth and helped us with a variety of techniques we could use during labour and beyond. There are so many things we learnt in our time with Danielle that will be completely invaluable to us. We both walked away feeling so much better about the whole birthing experience in general and simply cannot recommend anyone more highly. Please, if your expecting, do yourself a favour and book in with these guys! Best decision we ever made!

I can’t recommend Danielle’s Hypnobirthing course highly enough. It exceeded my expectations of gaining knowledge to assist me in having a positive birth. As a first time (anxious) mum, I was doubting myself that I could even go through with a natural birth let alone without trying to use pain relief - now my mind frame has completely changed and I feel 100% ready to have the natural and safe birth I am dreaming of!

The hypnobirthing course we did with Danielle was amazing and so informative. My partner and I learnt so much and now feel so positive and confident leading up to the birth of our first baby. I wish everyone could do this class before having a baby, Danielle is a wealth of knowledge and answered every question we had, i feel excited and confident going in to labour with our second child i only wish i had known about hypnobirthing with our first child and it may have been a complete different birthing experience.

Thanks to Danielle and her positive hypnobirthing classes, at 37 weeks pregnant, I'm am honestly feeling so ready and excited for the birth of my baby. Everyone asks me, 'omg are you scared etc etc', but I quickly shut them down and explain I'm made to do it!! I started my pregnancy with the mindset of, 'what will be will be' and knew nothing about pregnancy or birth, but soon realised this was a bad idea as I wouldn't have any knowledge to make the best decisions for myself or my baby.

We had a really great time doing the group hypnobirthing class. We feel informed about our birth choices and I feel empowered about my options for birth and how to have a positive birth experience. I feel far more connected to my husband and am excited about his role in the birth, we really bonded over the experience and he said he took a lot out of the class despite some initial reservations. Danielle is a great, fair teacher and makes everyone feel welcome. I will use the materials provided during the birth to keep me grounded. I feel more confident about birthing my baby than ever before and have recommended the class to all my pregnant friends already

We booked the online training along with a private one-on-one session with Danielle from Sacred Space. The online training is informative, but we got so much more from our one-on-one session. Danielle is knowledgeable, kind, supportive and really tailored the session to our needs. We both feel much more prepared for labour and birth. I highly recommend Danielle and Sacred Space Hypnobirthing.

Danielle is an amazing coach and Hypnobirthing guide. We attended her classes this year and left feeling inspired, educated and empowered to have the kind of birth we felt comfortable with. Our fears, questions and unknowns were resolved and we are genuinely excited to use the tools she has given us to help us bring our boy into the world. No matter if you’re a first time mum or have done it all before, there is something everyone can benefit from in her classes. Most importantly it’s not just about mum, but involves her birth partner, making them a key part of the journey, which for my partner was really exciting.A must do for any women about to give birth ❤️

We cannot recommend Danielle highly enough. She has been such a pleasure to work with. Her extensive knowledge, training and coaching techniques have given myself and my wife the confidence we need to ensure a calm, positive and memorable birthing experience. Having given birth to two beautiful children herself, both with very different set of circumstances, she not only speaks from a place of education but from first hand experience as well. She is truly passionate about what she does and this shows in her enthusiasm when presenting the information. I highly recommend Danielle from Your Sacred Space. Danielle is passionate, warm, caring and knowledgeable about all things birth. She really empowers you with the knowledge to aim for the birth you want and throughout the course equips you and your partner with a set of tools that you need for a calm relaxed birth. The program has equipped us with how we can achieve a relaxed, empowered, and positive labour and birth experience no matter what turn our birthing journey may take.We are so glad we did the course through Danielle, we continue to receive follow up support and found the whole experience invaluable.

We are preparing for our third baby and have recently done hypnobirthing with Danielle at Sacred Space Hypnobirthing.Danielle is so genuine and engaging. We did hypnobirthing with our second and now with our third. We wish we had of done Hypnobirthing with our first child, we may have had a different birth. We learnt so much and realise that saying yes to things that care providers offer can cause a snowball effect and not such great birth experiences.I cannot recommend this course enough, all parents should do it, regardless of if it is your first, second or third!

Danielle is an amazing birth educator. She supports families in their choices about birth. Navigating the birth system without the information to make informed decisions is scary. Positive Birthing is about a supported and informed experience , highly recommended for every birthing family.

I can’t recommend Danielle and her course enough. I find it’s one of things where you wonder if it’s worth spending the time and money, and for us I can’t imagine going into birth without the techniques Danielle taught us in our toolkit.My favourite part of both my partner and I attending the course was that my partner left with a real appreciation and more realistic expectations of what the birth experience might be like and what his role would be.Personally though, my biggest takeaway was probably the fear release and building on my positive mindset going into birth.Danielle teaches in a professional yet lighthearted and casual way which really suited us. I’ll also add that she squeezed us in at late notice and held a personal class just for us and went all out.If you’re trying to work out which classes you want to do before birthing, I’d highly recommend putting Danielle’s Hypnobirthing class at the top of your list.

5 stars Release & healing! Danielle took my husband & I through some amazing birthing techniques to start, preparing us for labour due any day. After losing my first baby I decided to also have hypnotherapy to release my fears around birthing & the health of my rainbow baby. What an incredible experience, I finished my session with Danielle feeling weightless & full of good energy. All negativity & fear had disappeared by the time I opened my eyes, I’m now so excited to meet my healthy little boy as I know it will be a birth full of so much love. Thank you so much!

After going through the hypnobirthing course with Danielle, I feel so much more educated on how women's bodies work and just what they are capable of doing during childbirth. Danielle is extremely knowledgeable and provides plenty of techniques to assist in your hypnobirth. If you're considering a hypnobirth, I highly recommend doing this course with Danielle.
