Monthly Sacred Space Mama Circles

I know you have been waiting for this, the time has come and I am so excited to bring this offering to you. On the first Thursday of each month I invite you to take your place back in circle. These circles are designed for mothers with small children of any age.

Each month there will be an overarching theme, designed to illicit deep conversations around the ever evolving journey of Matrescence.

To give our best to others we must also give our best to ourselves first, so let’s nourish ourselves and those in circle with us.

Each month there will be candlelight with a variety of meditations.

We will weave in sacred rituals to celebrate the rites of passage we move through as women.

We will cover a topic of motherhood with a booklet to self-reflect and journal your experiences. This will guide you to reflect deeply so that you can live a life that feels nourishing, inspired and aligned.

Time for sharing (as much or as little as you like) without anyone offering unsolicited advice.

Listening and holding space so that each woman feels the power and magic of being truly seen.

Come as you are, you will be supported in this space with no expectations or judgement.

Please bring a water bottle and anything your child may need to be entertained during our time together.
